Changing the Game for our Customers and Partners with One Cisco

For forty years, customers and partners alike have trusted Cisco to deliver great quality and innovative products across our individual business areas of networking, security, observability, and collaboration. The result: recognized market leadership across each. However, what got us here won’t get us there.

A New Day

Today is a new day and the technology landscape has changed. Organizations no longer want to transact with a vendor to buy products. Rather they want to engage with a strategic partner to buy outcomes that will solve their biggest problems.

In this new day, we had to asked ourselves, “how can we make 1+1 = 10 for Cisco, our partners, and our customers?” The answer is a new strategic initiative that is driving our go-to-market and company strategy: One Cisco.

What is One Cisco

One Cisco is all about how networking, security, observability, and collaboration – inclusive of Splunk – deliver a set of three outcomes for our customers in the AI era: powering AI-ready data centers, future-proofed workplaces, and digital resilience. Each of these outcomes are aligned to board level priorities and creates significant differentiation for Cisco and incredible growth opportunities for our partners.

What to Expect

Today, we are differentiating and simplifying the product and solutions we offer, bringing the power of the entire Cisco product portfolio to our customers and partners. We are prioritizing the outcomes that matter most to our customers, and that means greater opportunities for our partners to engage at the highest levels of the organization. All in, this new go-to-market approach will result in both strategic value to customers and incredible growth opportunities for our partners.
